Yep. My man and I are still awake. It seems the Sandman decided to take a vacation to Aruba tonight. But at least we’re in the same room so we can chit-chat, as opposed to him being in his studio and me being in the bedroom. LOL. He’s on his laptop looking up info on music gear.

I’ve been on a search for new music lately, particularly techno and some industrial. I’m madly in love with this one remix of The Prodigy’s “Girls” track, and several remixes of Lady Gaga’s “LoveGame”. For a long while I avoided Lady Gaga like the black plague, but dammit, she has me hooked! I love that she’s bringing techno back in a big way. She’s kind of like Peaches, only a little more attractive. HAHA.

I’m very excited for this Saturday. I’m going to see Depeche Mode live in Ft. Lauderdale with my best friend Chris. Unfortunately, Audi isn’t going, and that’s mainly because I bought the tickets when he and I weren’t together. *shrug* But, I know I will still have an awesome time. =)

My family that lives in West Palm Beach drove down to my parents’ house yesterday, and they were kind enough to bring the rest of my stuff up to their house. Sooo, I don’t need to drive for two hours to Miami! I can just drive the 20 minutes to my aunt’s house and pick up my stuff there. Woot! Hence, since I don’t have to drive down to Miami anymore, I’m going to be taking the train down to my parents’ house on Saturday. Chris will be driving us to the show.

Yes yes, the 802.11n wireless card I ordered came in today and it works perfectly. I am currently typing this entry on my computer. HUZZAH! I can now become one with the WWW again. Tomorrow… scratch that, later on today, around 12:00pm (if all goes well and I actually wake up on time) I will be driving down to Miami to spend a week with my parents. WHY, you ask? Well, Dustin recently called me and asked me if I would be able to come down to Miami and help him out once again at World Atlantic Airlines. I said, “Hell yes” since no one in their right mind would turn down $20 an hour when money is a little tight. Soooo, I packed up all my “business” attire, some casual clothes, and all the necessary amenities. This money will definitely help me and Audi out. I also asked Dustin if it would be possible for me to continue working for World Atlantic Airlines from home. He said that they are currently working on getting the server all set up. Once it is, he said he’ll work on that the following week. I’m keeping my fingers crossed here, people. If this goes through, I may not have to find a new job in Jupiter after all.

It’s going to be very weird going back to my parents’ house. As much as I know I needed to go back anyway to get the rest of my stuff, I had never intended to spend a week there. But, I suppose it works out, since it will give me time to earn money and time to organize my belongings with some patience.

I’m sitting in MY living room, wearing my skull-covered bathrobe, writing a blog entry on my iPhone, and listening to Corey Hart.

I couldn’t be happier at the moment. We were approved! Not only that, but they told us we didn’t need to put anything else in! Hooray! Basically, all we have to pay now is the first month’s rent. =D At the moment, I’m on the train, heading up to Jupiter so that I can take out the money and pay.

Oh, and I’m writing this entry with my iPhone WordPress app. I am not sure how long I will be without internet access after I move, but at least my iPhone will allow me to keep this blog updated.

I’m going to come back down to Miami later on this afternoon so that I can start packing my things. Man, it’s bittersweet in a way, but I’m well aware that I can’t live in that house anymore. I have nothing but stress there, and the good moments are few and far between.

Just a quick entry:
It seems Audi and I will be moving in together very soon! He found a great apartment up near his area in Jupiter, FL; a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a great kitchen for$ 850 a month. I’m going up on the train this Wednesday (most likely) to go see it with him and decide if I like it, too.  The only icky part will be  dealing with the rent application. Wish us luck!
